OIL ANALYSIS
Added security and insight
MSI can pull oil samples on numerous parts of the boats drivetrain, and send these samples to a lab for testing. The results can then give insight to an engine or transmissions interior condition, excessive wear, fuel or water contamination, and more. Samples are rush shipped to expedite the process and results are usually available within 3 to 5 days.
COMPRESSION TEST
Simple test with powerful results
Compression tests are a popular add on service to enhance your survey. A compression reading is done on each cylinder to ensure a basic level of health for the engine internals.
ENGINE COMPUTER VERIFICATION
Available for Mercruiser and Volvo Penta
Where applicable, an engine computer reading can be used to verify total hours, engine run times per RPM range, error codes and more.
